Tell me if this is unnecessary - I mean we do have a proper instructor in DADA and whatnot - but it's just been in my mind a lot. Just in case something happens, that we all stay on the ready and focus on the practical and not just the theory and more broad-based - and this is all on the provision that McGonagall and Snape would approve but -

I was thinking of restarting the DA. Or us restarting it, it's not mine alone, clearly. Am I cracked, is this worthwhile? Would you all want to do it?

Of course we would want to participate in it, Harry. However, I find it rather amusing that you would want to start it up again since you were originally not too fond of the idea of teaching the rest of us.

I'm still not honestly. But - I guess I am just nervous that we all grow complacent. Something bad will happen again, we all need to be ready. We all have to be.

Besides it's not just me. It's also battle-tested you, it's all of us. The six of us, yeah?

Things have taken a dramatic turn for the better since we first formed the DA though. While history has proven to repeat itself and there's always a fight to be had, that doesn't necessarily mean it will happen anytime soon.

Will you invite others as well or will it strictly remain the six of us?

No, I want to open it up to everyone. But if you all weren't set with it - it wasn't worth doing. I figure I should speak with McGonagall about it, when I see her, before publicising it.

Hopefully the fact that being in the DA this time wouldn't be forbidden would help keep people calm and all. I just want - well I mean, would we have won the battle of Hogwarts had there not been so many people involved, who felt confident about their skills? I know Hermione is right, of course she is - but we all just need to be - ready like that again. And feel like we're all together, so that we know what we're fighting for too - each other.

Oh that was daft and girly. Sorry.
