"Do you remember Jamaica, Lian? The warm water, the food, the sun? I will take you there as soon as we are able, if you can keep focused on the babies right now." he tells her.
The first baby is delivered and Damien feels his eyes watering when he sees her.
"Look, Beloved. Donna is saying hello." Damien says, holding their daughter up for Lian to see, before passing her to the nurse.
"That means Alexander is next, Beloved. Stay strong for me, just a bit longer." he says.
