Oh, Kalista! You can't run to her every time she begins to whimper! I know it's hard, it's terrible when I'm babysitting my niece and nephews, but you have to let them learn how to fall back asleep on her own.
Soon she'll get into a routine. When you do go and get her, make sure not to stimulate her too much (with lights or noises), it will only make Astrid think it's time to get up and play with mummy.
