Someone tell me how to make a 5 month old lay down for an afternoon nap when she refuses to sleep. I am exhausted.
I keep getting up to check on her, which means I've been getting no sleep of my own, because I spend hours holding her, and then she falls asleep in my arms but as soon as I put her back in her crib she starts wailing again.
I need. this. to stop.
I'm about to start pulling out my hair.
Someone help.
