Adamina History
|
Probably the quietest of the boys in his dorm, Timothy Greengrass has never tried to be part of the crowd. His only attempt at socializing outside of his roommates was joining the quidditch team, and that was only to satisfy his need to play a sport, to feel as if he was doing his deceased father proud by joining a sport. Tim's dad died in a house fire when he was five years old, and the only thing he can truly remember about his father was that he loved football. It became something of an obsession, between Tim and his brother twin brother, Richard, to play football as much as possible. They begged their mother to join youth leagues, even though as a pureblood from high society, she really had no idea what to do. But, Joanne learned, and her boys played football until they were ten years old. Joanne is the reason behind every one of Tim's actions. He loves his mother dearly, she is the only family he has, she supports him fully and with enthusiasm with everything he does.
Tim knows what's made him the way he is: his twin brother Richard died in a car accident coming home from football practice when the boys were ten years old. Tim was also in the car, but miraculously (magically) he ended up twenty feet away from the crash, in the branches of a tree. He later realized that he'd apparated out of the car, and that his brother, who had always been the quieter, less excitable one, was a squib. Tim feels a deep guilt over his brother's death, thinking that if he'd just held his hand, he'd have been able to take his brother with him. He isn't in denial that something's wrong with him, and if anyone were to ask, he'd probably tell them, but he's never given anyone the chance. Tim's humble in the way that his best friend Ryan, who is an orphan---he's never wanted to bother Ryan with his troubles, as if he didn't compare. None of his friends know he had a twin (except for Adamina), and his life has been getting better and better each day with her.
He's become an overall happier, nicer person, because now he feels like he's got something to prove, in being her husband. Tim wants to give Adamina the world, and since he's not from the riches her family is, he tries a hundred times as hard. He built their home and hopes to build a century's worth of memories with her.
And by the way, his salmon are floating fine, thank you.
