1. Carolyn got to use the handcuffs and chains, cause she's the boss.
2. It was on the boss's desk... and the floor... and the meeting room table... after more ands, it eventually made its way to a private jet, just because.
3. Somewhere along the way, Red expended more than 300 rounds of ammo. Somehow. They aren't talking.
4. Question 4 never happened, there were no witnesses.
5. Despite having calmly orchestrated a dozen gangland killings, robbing a bunch of people of their life savings, and working calmly with hit men and super villains, Rose's personal secretary is still in therapy after accidentally walking in on it.
