What If: A SHIELD Agent walks into a bar in Star City...
Takes place twenty-three years in the future, following a crisis that merged the DCNG and MNG universes.

Alice was on assignment in Star City. She had to scope out the Outsiders and report back to Sammy on the team's status on Friday. Her mission had been a success, and she was enjoying a little downtime.

Alice made her way into a local bar and took a seat. She signaled the bartender to bring her a beer.

Alex doesn't usually troll the bars, but the grand ballroom at Star City Gardens just didn't appeal to him tonight. He's the Prince of Star City and he has nothing to do before he heads out on patrol this evening. Donna was out with Scott and Oli was filling in for her...

When he noted that the Eighth Street Bar is open, he pulls his Aston Martin into the parking lot and turns the alarm system on. Uncle Tim designed it, so there's no way anyone stealing his car.

He walks in and motions to the bartender.

"First round for the whole house is on me." he grins.

Of course, the bartender knows who Alex Harper is and grins.

"Of course. Let me get the lady down there and I'll get that round going."

Alex takes a look at the lady in question and his eyes raise in approval.

"Hey, anything she's drinking tonight is on me, too." Alex says.

"You got it, boss." the bartender says, going to take Alice her drink.

"Your money is no longer good here, Miss. Gentleman down there is paying your tab." he says, motioning to Alex.

Alex just gives her his best charm school smile.

	"You think I'd use a line on someone as pretty as you, Miss?" Alex asks, shaking his head. "It would be a travesty to use a pick-up line on you.
