GALVIN!

How were the moose(es?) in Canada! If you were in a place so brilliantly named as Moose Jaw, there must have been moose(es?) frolicking about!

(really, how on earth do you pluralize moose! Are they meese, like you do with mouse and mice...or are they mooses, or are they like fish and the word moose just works for a plural as well?)

MARY!

The moose (same as the singular!) were gigantic and scary but awesome. One popped it's head into my window once when I was reading!

And now I keep my windows shut at all times.

Moose sound terribly exciting. Perhaps I need to invest in a stuffed moose for--no, it'd clash with the farm theme Are their antlers really that large!

How have you been?

Yes, and they are terrifying!

I've been good! okay! Busy, but not so much anymore. And you? I heard through the grapevine that you're expecting...?

I'll have to keep that in mind if I ever want to see a moose in real life!

Well...I guess I've been busy too! And I am expecting, in about 2 weeks or so now! But the healers have me on bed rest until then and it's terribly dull. Promise me you'll visit once he's born!!!

Two weeks! Holy moley, that's soon! Do you have a name? A boy! That's so exciting.

And of course I will!

We do have a name, but I'm thinking I want to keep it a secret until he's here. But he's going to be very handsome, I can assure you of that!

Good, I'll be expecting it now.
