	They just changed it in '72 from "We shall conquer" after nearly a hundred years of losing seasons. We're going to have to do something before we deserve to change it. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	There's changing that and then there's changing the team itself and the way it thinks. If you have to do something to deserve it, start doing something. Why wait for the official pre-season to start working on your game, yeah? (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

I have been working on making this team better for two years, don't fucking talk as if you know, do you know what it is to lose every bloody game for two seasons and then be the only goddamn team to not make the playoffs and be the laughing stock of every fucking wizard who's ever ridden a broomstick?

And it's not as easy as that during the off season. Many players have families and other things to do, that's what the off season is---living your life off the pitch. Some guys barely get a day or two a week home during the regular season, I'm not going to take away the time they do have now.
