Meme just found out - breaking the news

Devony had been feeling sick lately and a little odd. She had no clue what was going on, all she knew she didn't like this feeling. One of her friends joked around telling her baby she got knocked up. It took forever for the words to process, when they did it hit like a ton of bricks.

Immediately got a few pregnancy tests and sure enough all of them were positive. She cried for a few days, not even sure how to deal with it. One thing she did know is - the baby daddy. She only slept with one person, Dean Monaghan.

She had no other choice but to break the news to him first of all. She went to his room, knocking on the door nervously, waiting for him to answer.

  "It might be best to wait on that," Dean says, "I mean I pretty sure that's what most people do just to be sure on things."
  
  "My mom would just call me an idiot again but that's about it. Team wouldn't really care but the Checkmate goons might want to know who knows might even get you out of here sooner or something."

    Devony wasn't sure if she agreed on the waiting, however, he does have a point. She nods her head, letting out a small sigh. "True...I guess."
    
    "My mother would flip out. My aunt might want to hurt you, it isn't your fault...we both slept together and stuff." She blushed a bit....that night was pretty intense. They finished mission, both were still hyped up from it, one thing lead to another the next morning she woke up next to Dean.

      "Patience is a useful skill," Dean says, "But if someone figures it out feel free to tell them their right." He had always heard most people like to wait month or to after they find out to make sure of things.
      
      "For the record if someone does attack me I will defend myself. Just saying is all," Dean says. That was definitely some night.

        Devony had no patience whatsoever. She is more direct and lets get it done type. It does not hurt to try something new once in awhile.
        
        Devony tilts her head to the side, a little confused....what is he referring to? She keeps looking at him and nods her head. "What do you mean by that anyways?" Devony asks.

          "Just that if someone from your family tries to attack me for this I kind of have a shoot first ask questions later rule of thumb if people try to kill or hurt me is all," Dean says with a shrug.

            Devony titles her head to the side. She found it funny when people over assume the worse in others. She could not blame him, he's been through a lot, just like herself. "You can try, that's all I have to say about that!"
