Speed Force- Almost always attacks first. Takes two actions per round.
Abilities
L1- Blinding Punches- Single target unarmed melee attack. Gives Luke Quickness. Stealthy.
L2- Team up- Targets all opponents for an unarmed melee attack. Causes combo setup. Stealthy.
L6- Infinite Mass Punch- Single target unarmed melee attack. Charging attack. Exploits combo setup. Stealthy
L9- Omnistrike- Targets all opponents for an unarmed melee attack. Exploits Quickness. Stealthy.

Joan "Jo" Carr
Age: 14ish
?Powers: Jo can control space which lets her seem to move as fast as any speedster though she does not actually move but rather moves reality around her. She can also use this similar to telekinesis though she has yet to figure out her full potential for her abilities.
Wallace "Wally" Carr
Wally was born in cat like form much to a lot of people's surprises.
Age: 10ish
?Powers: Wally typically had moderate speedster powers. When enraged takes a cat like form similar to his grandmother Cheetah in which he has increased speed, strength, toughness, and agility but at the lost of self control.
Cait Carr
Cait was born with one eye blue and the other eye green.
Age: 8ish
Powers: Cait has moderate speedster powers. She also can effect the mental stability of people around her either making them sane or insane and can do so to the point where they become nonfunctional. When used sliver flecks appear swirling in her green eye most of the time though sometime they appear in the blue one. She does not know she has this ability yet.

Family: Iris West- Mom, Jerry Carr- Dad, Joan Carr-Younger Sister, Wally Carr- Younger Brother, Cait Carr-Youngest Sister, Wally West- Grandpa, Linda Park-West- Grandma, Lucas "Snapper" Carr-Grandpa, Bethany Lee-Carr- Grandma, Barbara Minerva- Paternal Grandmother, Jai West- Uncle, Anna Zoloman- Aunt
History: Luke is the oldest child of Iris and Jerry. He takes after both his parents in that he is easily excitable and a lot smarter than he seems. He grew up close to both sides of his family and the Titans and JLA teams with the exception of Jerry biological mother for oblivious but she has let it be known the terrible things she would do to anyone who attacked her son and his family especially in the Injustice Society.
Jerry and Iris made growing up a much fun as they could for Luke with lots of trip to any place they or he though might be cool. When he turned 14 wanting to try his hand at helping people like a lot of the people around him did he manged to convince his parents to let him join the Titans. He quickly became the heart of the team.
Luke was diagnosed with moderate ADHD by Doctor Midnight after a lot of work to tell between what is normal for a speedster and whats not. This means he can be hyper even by speedster standards but it typically only gets real bad when he's excited. Luke is a very smart kid though does not always come across as such.
Power: Luke has standard speed force related abilities inherited from his Mom though his control is not the greatest. He also has an the ability to teleport through the speed force by reaching the right vibration frequency gotten from his dad's ability to teleport mixed with speed force powers though did not discover this ability till later than the speed.
