Character Basics
FULL NAME: Your character's full name.
NICKNAMES: Any nicknames of importance.
AGE: Your character's age.
BIRTHDATE: Month, Day and Year, please.
YEAR: 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th Grade.
GRADE POINT AVERAGE: What kind of grades do they make? A's, B's or C's, etc. Keep in mind that anything less than a C would result in IC disciplinary action from the school.
CLASSES ENROLLED IN: List up to three electives your character is taking and which slot each is being taken in (1, 2 or 3).
ACTIVITIES: List any extracurricular activities your character is involved in. For Quodpot, indicate whether they are on the team or a reserve. For Student Government, indicate position, if any, you would like them in.
BLOOD STATUS: Your characters ACTUAL blood status. Keep in mind that every character at the school will be assumed to be Pure and that there will be dire consequences for your character if he/she is less than Pure and anyone finds out. If you are applying for someone who is not a Pureblood, the history section MUST include what was done to convince the school they are from a proper. Pureblood family to gain them entry to the Institute. (the answer to this should be omitted from your public character bio, if desired, as it is purely OOC info)
POLITICAL VIEWS: Is your character a purist? A muggle lover? Somewhere in the middle? How do their political views differ from that of their parents and other family?


Family/Relationships
PARENTS:

MOTHER: Mother.
FATHER: Father.

SIBLINGS: Siblings.
EXTENDED FAMILY: Any extended family that would be played or referenced in game.

AMP Status: Would your character's parents have placed your character in the arranged marriage program? If you answer yes to this question, your character's betrothed will be chose by the mods at random, but feel free to given us insight into any traits you desire for your character's match.

Appearance
APPEARANCE: What your character looks like, mannerisms, what others might assume seeing your character or hearing him or her speak, etc.
PREFERRED PB: The celebrity you have chosen to portray your character. All PBs are subject to final approval by the mods. Please make sure you choose someone age-appropriate. We aren't going to have 30-somethings playing teenagers. Please also include a link to some sample icons if you have not provided us with a journal that already has the icons you plan to use uploaded.


Personality
LIKES: Things they like.
DISLIKES: Things they dislike.

STRENGTHS: Personality-wise and misc. (such as cooking).
WEAKNESSES: Personality-wise and misc. (such as cooking).

DETAILED PERSONALITY: Your character's personality. Particularly try to hit on their driving motivations and tell us how they've developed or show opportunities for development during the game. Try to aim for at least three solid paragraphs.


History
CHILDHOOD: Your characters life before entering their secondary education. At least two solid paragraphs.

AT ELIGERE. Your character's life at Eligere Institute this far. At least two solid paragraphs.
