Amazing match, Ravenclaw! I don't think I sat down once during it and I know I've lost my voice because of it, but it was definitely worth it. Hopefully everyone that got hurt is feeling better though. There were some nasty spills, weren't there? But still, it really was a great match and a nice way to spend the day.
Private to self, though close friends can readI got a letter from dad during dinner. Apparently he's met someone and they've hit it off really well. I'm not really sure what to think about this; he's never shown any interest in dating before so what makes now any different?
The woman he's seeing - he talks about her a lot, says she's really great and that they met whenever he took me to catch the train back here. It's Gelsey's mum, actually. I really don't know what to think about that. Do I tell her or does she already know? I suspect she would have already spilled the beans to everyone if she did know since she does like to talk a lot. What happens if things really do get serious between them? I know I have a year left of school, but I didn't plan on leaving him right after I finished. I don't know that I like this, even if I am happy for my dad.
