Is it bad that I'm not the least bit excited about this ball? I mean, it does have the possibility of being a little fun, but getting dressed up and having to wear a mask all evening just doesn't sound all that appealing. At least I've already gotten my costume, so I don't have to worry about that anymore. I am, however, looking forward to the food - the house-elves always outdo themselves on holidays and make some of the best stuff.

Private to Harry PotterI thought about going out later and photographing around the lake. It's generally quiet outside on Thursdays since most everyone is in classes or starting on homework.
