1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
remy. no doubt about it, remy. as straight-laced as hadrian is, wherever remy's involved silly, trivial things like laws and such don't seem to matter.

2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
stop caring or worrying about remy. even if they break up and he's seriously honestly hurt by the boy, he won't ever stop loving him, and wanting to take care of him.

3. What do they dream about? [Either literal or figurative].
hadrian doesn't really remember his dreams, but a lot of them are wild, adventure-ish, daredevil-ish types. yeah. probably why he doesn't really remember them, lol.

4. What’s their biggest fear?
finding out remy doesn't really care that much about him at all. happened once already, and it terrified the fuck out of him. he does not wish for it to happen again.

5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
his socks. lolololol no, not even. since hadrian was diagnosed, he's started to really detach himself from material things, in hopes to make it easier on himself.

6. What is their fondest memory?
that night remy kind of sort of maybe decided to move in with him.

7. What is their worst memory?
that night after the bar, when he and remy fought, and he walked out on the boy. he never felt so low and used.

8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
his older brothers. he doesn't talk about them often, and when he does it's usually in a fairly sarcastic tone, but he loves them and they were all really close growing up.

9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
pre-diagnosis, he thought a good education and a good job were the keys. post-diagnosis, he realizes all he needs is love, as corny as that is.

10. What makes them laugh?
remy. slapstick humor doesn't really do much for him, but he really likes clever humor.

11. What are their religious views?
the aiello family never really had a set religion. they were basically left to their own devices when it comes to that, and hadrian never really found the time to find a god. for a while, after he was diagnosed, he tried a few of the more popular religions out, but it didn't really do anything for him.

12. What is their greatest strength?
his devotion. loyalty, too, but nothing comes even close to how devoted this man can be.

13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
he worries about everything. seriously, EVERYTHING. i'm seriously surprised he hasn't suffered from a stroke yet or anything like that, but sometimes his worries get so bad they paralyze him.

14. Who is the most important person in their life?
remy.

15. If they died or went missing, who would miss them most?
his family, of course, but remy would undoubtedly take it the worst out of all of them.

16. How would they describe themselves?
good guy just trying to make things right while he can.

17. How would others describe them?
ocd neurotic, workaholic Nice Guy (tm).

luke.
[info]derkins
2008-10-19 11:11 pm UTC (link)
1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
luke would kill and die for viollca. death had never been much of an issue for luke in the first place, but viollca's the only one he's really truly kill and/or die for with actual passion; any other time he'd just be indifferent.

2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
actually, consciously hurt viollca-- physically or emotionally. granted, this obviously doesn't mean he doesn't do it-- he does, and he has. but each time he hadn't really realized he was harming viollca while he was doing it.

3. What do they dream about? [Either literal or figurative].
luke's dreams vary from silent-movie-type-esque things to vivid colors. they're usually memories from this life and his past life, but lately he hasn't been paying much attention to them as he used to.

4. What’s their biggest fear?
losing viollca. letting him down is also a fear, but he's more afraid to actually lose the man. he feels like viollca's really the only thing in his life that's going right and keeping him sane, and to lose viollca would just throw him back to how he'd been, only ten times worse.

5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
i would say his wedding ring, too. he isn't really that materialistic in the first place.

6. What is their fondest memory?
his time in slovenia. it's the first time he felt like he was truly part of a family, and then he officially became part of that family too.

7. What is their worst memory?
a while ago, this would have been one of his fondest memories: but it's not actually his memory, not quite. he remembers being on the ground, cold but warm and covered in worms, and he'd been happy. happy because it was almost over, all of it. but now it's his worst memory, because now he realizes how alone he was. how empty he'd been.

8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
viollca and, in some ways, lovely too. viollca encourages him to get better, to want to get better. lovely encourages him to give up. they're both strong forces in his life, whether he really wants them to be or not.

9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
luke isn't entirely sure, but he's starting to think that maybe finding someone to love and love you back is pretty damn close.

10. What makes them laugh?
viollca, usually when he's trying to do something more "with the times." ie- chatting, setting up a television. luke would double over in laughter if viollca ever got himself a webcam.

11. What are their religious views?
i don't think luke really thinks about it much, anymore. before, the extent of his thoughts of Something More went only as far as death, and what happens after it. he never really thought about a god or a devil. i think, now, he doesn't really think much about it either. he complies with viollca's beliefs about the mule, but it's more out of courtesy and love than anything else. his focuses only seem to go as far as what he has now, and what he could lose.

12. What is their greatest strength?
luke.. doesn't.. have one... :|

13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
yes. dear god yes. he's paranoid. insecure and paranoid and self-deprecating. they're consuming feelings, and will really one day be his ruin. it's already gotten pretty close.

14. Who is the most important person in their life?
viollca, hands down. he doesn't think he has anyone else.

15. If they died or went missing, who would miss them most?
viollca, undoubtedly. his mother and brother already pretty much consider him dead anyway, and lovely would probably only be upset about the fact that she didn't get to him first. >>; morgan would be sad, probably, but not as much as viollca.

16. How would they describe themselves?
lost, but getting there.

17. How would others describe them?
i don't think he brings enough attention to himself to actually get described. but, if pressed, he'd probably be thought of as that ghost of a boy who never says anything. ever.

1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
nothing, actually... she's a lover, not a fighter.

2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
murder. cheat. and ignore her own beliefs.

3. What do they dream about? [Either literal or figurative].
she dreams of one day not feeling like the new kid in town.

4. What’s their biggest fear?
open water. she knows how to swim, but won't ever go near a body of water unless it's in a sanctioned off pool.

5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
a pair of pearl earrings given to her at her university graduation by her mother, which had belonged to her grandmother.

6. What is their fondest memory?
christmas dinners with the family, back when they were still all living under the same roof. her mom and dad would cook, her siblings and her would decorate the three, then they'd all sit around and exchange stories about the awful people they met while christmas shopping.

7. What is their worst memory?
while she was in college, she got a letter from her dad saying her mom had passed away the night before in her sleep. neither susie nor her other siblings were ever told that her mom had actually been suffering from cancer for the past year. she'd refused to seek treatment, and wanted to keep her illness from the rest of the family so they wouldn't stop living their lives. susie had been so torn up over it-- it was the first time she really, truly ever got angry in her life.

8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
her mother. a feminist herself, she was the one who kept pushing for susie to be the best she can be. (even if susie didn't really appreciate it at the time.)

9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
satisfaction. so long as you're happy where you are, you're alright.

10. What makes them laugh?
clever, tactful comedy. she's not so into the slapstick and the vulgar kind of comedy.

11. What are their religious views?
susie's a roman catholic, but really only by birth. her family weren't so religious as she was growing up anyway, and though she retains some of the beliefs, she's not exactly gung-ho about it. the whole, 'being reincarnated' deal kind of kills it for her.

12. What is their greatest strength?
she's a very compassionate person, always easy to sympathize with another.

13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
her need to prove herself often gets in the way of things. it prevents her from properly compromising in some situations, and really only makes things worse.

14. Who is the most important person in their life?
pooooossibly her older sister, bridget. though she adores the rest of her family, she and bridget were total bffs, and even though she doesn't talk to her as much, she still considers her sister her best friend in the world.

15. If they died or went missing, who would miss them most?
her parents and older siblings, likely. though she's sort of made it a point to estrange herself from them a little (in order to grow as an individual), she still writes them letters and talks to them from time to time.

16. How would they describe themselves?
optimistic, strong and independent.

17. How would others describe them?
sweet, but a little too enthusiastic. an idealist.

1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
i don't think there's anything gavin will actually kill for. he would definitely die for christopher. i mean leaving aside how much he loves the boy, homg, he also has that whole.. guilt thing going on, so.

2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
cheat. he's a businessman, so anything at all like embezzling? nope, never. also, he'd never hurt christopher, not if he can help it.

3. What do they dream about? [Either literal or figurative].
oh but does gavin wish he could be with christopher. so so so so so much. without any hindrance at all.

4. What’s their biggest fear?
i think, deep down, he fears he'll one day lose control of himself and do something as horrible (if not worse) as raping kit again. D:

5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
he has a set of cufflinks that once belonged to his father's father. he'd always looked up to his grandfather, both as a family man and as a businessman. it's been passed down to him, and he treasures it deeply.

6. What is their fondest memory?
when he was younger, he used to follow his father around on business trips. he loves to travel, though lately he's started to get used to the idea of settling.

7. What is their worst memory?
the Night in Question. D:

8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
his grandfather, undoubtedly. see number five. ♥

9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
peace of mind.

10. What makes them laugh?
kit has this face he makes when he doesn't quite get his way. he wrinkles up his nose and he looks years younger and gavin just adores it.

11. What are their religious views?
he's a roman catholic, though a fairly lax one. it's gotten to the point where it's really more tradition than actual belief.

12. What is their greatest strength?
devotion. gavin is a very compassionate man, and there's really no swaying him once he dedicates himself to something or someone.

13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
his guilt. it can really consume him, if left to his own devices.

14. Who is the most important person in their life?
kit~~

15. If they died or went missing, who would miss them most?
kit, he would like to think. his sister and nieces and nephews too.

16. How would they describe themselves?
just a man trying to do what he has to do.

17. How would others describe them?
an honest, hard-working man.

1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
i don't think piers would actually kill for anything.. he's too vain to be prepared to deal with the consequences. he'd likely die for edward. and he sort of almost did, that one time. :P

2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
well it sort of happened, in that elevator. but he swears now he'll never let spencer get the best of him, ever again. no sir.

3. What do they dream about? [Either literal or figurative].
edward settling with him. gasp!!

4. What’s their biggest fear?
that the little voice in his head is right, and he really doesn't matter to edward at all.

5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
oh gosh. he's such a materialistic bitch, he absolutely loves the gifts edward showers him with. but he supposes.. back in high school, edward had given him a jacket to wear one day and said he could keep it because it looked good on him. edward may not have really thought about it, but piers considered that his first present from edward ever, and he still has it, to this day.

6. What is their fondest memory?
edward telling him he's everything, and that spencer is nothing compared to him. conceited piece of shit, isn't he? XD;

7. What is their worst memory?
when he discovered edward had been meeting/fucking spencer behind his back. ... both times. :|

8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
edward, definitely. if it hadn't been for edward, he wouldn't have ever discovered what an ego is.

9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
it's not what you know, it's who you know.

10. What makes them laugh?
when edward nibbles that spot just below his left ear. goodness he's ticklish there.

11. What are their religious views?
he's an agnostic. to the point that he doesn't really ever think about it.

12. What is their greatest strength?
loyalty.

13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
though it usually only crops up when edward is around, piers gets a bit delusional and envisions himself to have a lot more worth than he really does, and it gets to his head.

14. Who is the most important person in their life?
edward. no contest. even if he wishes this weren't the case, at times.

15. If they died or went missing, who would miss them most?
edward god he hopes so

16. How would they describe themselves?
better than more than half the people surrounding him.

17. How would others describe them?
alright for the most part, till he starts to get full of himself.

soph.
[info]derkins

1. What would your character kill for? What would they die for?
oh i don't think soph would ever ever kill for anything. he just wouldn't be able to. honestly, it would tear him up if he were somehow forced to have to kill somebody in order to save a loved one. the poor thing, he'd never be able to decide. oh but he'll very willingly die for someone. :/

2. What would they refuse to do under any circumstances? Why?
hurt a person. especially emotionally. he'd never do this intentionally, but, as we can see, this tends to happen without his realizing. :P

3. What do they dream about? [Either literal or figurative].
soph has frequent dreams of a man taking him into his arms and whispering into his ear i'm here. forgive me for making you wait.

4. What’s their biggest fear?
one day realizing that everything he's ever believed about love is false. and oh how he gets closer and closer to this every day.

5. What single object would they be most hard pressed to part with? Why?
the lucky blue bead necklace he wears, that he's had since he was a young child back in greece. it's his one sentimental object that doesn't have any romantic ties to anybody.

6. What is their fondest memory?
it's hard to say... he considers each memory with each person special. he doesn't really.. think very selfishly, even when it comes to memories.

7. What is their worst memory?
balfour. both times.

8. What or who was were their most significant influence? Expound.
his mother. she would lull him to sleep every night with stories of love and princes and happily ever afters.

9. What do they believe makes a successful life?
love. pure, honest love.

10. What makes them laugh?
it doesn't take much for soph to laugh... really. what doesn't make him laugh?

11. What are their religious views?
soph is agnostic. he knows something is there, but he doesn't think it's up to him to decide what that something there is. he does fancy the idea of fate, though.

12. What is their greatest strength?
his compassion and devotion. he'll be with a person for as long as that person wants him, and devote his entire life to that person, no hesitation, no questions asked.

13. Do they have a fatal flaw? If so, what is it?
his compassion and devotion. he'll be with a person for as long as that person wants him, and devote his entire life to that person, no hesitation, no questions asked. :/

14. Who is the most important person in their life?
his mother. he still writes letters to her. also, charlie. in him he'd found his kindred spirit.

15. If they died or went missing, who would miss them most?
charlie, undoubtedly. his family too. perhaps bram and jonas.

16. How would they describe themselves?
a dreamer.

17. How would others describe them?
sad romantic. probably the easiest lay in the springs.
