The
swine flu is abroad once more. Here's a
website for the latest update.
Don't panic yet cuz' it is believed that the strain responsible for the current swine flu outbreak in most cases caused only mild symptoms and the infected person usually makes a full recovery without requiring medical attention and without the use of antivirals. But do see a doc if you're feeling poorly for some time and doesn't seem to be improving with the common flu remedy.

Don't panic, and wash your hands~!
I caught on the news, yesterday, that there's been a couple of cases in my area... They also announced that frequent washing of one's hands is the best way to prevent it. (To which my response was: well, duh. *shakes head* The US is a post-industrial country, and we **still** have to be reminded to wash our hands?)
