Bess is definitely trying to hold it together for her hubby. She knows Drystan cannot lose Penny and even though she’s feeling a bit under the weather herself Bess is pushing through. She’s even being nice to Charlie (though I think she always is) because he is the one that brought Penny to the hospital and he’s been there ever since. The kids are definitely with her parents, which is good because her dad’s muggle and doesn’t like using magical stuff in the house--if they sniffle the mom’ll give them muggle stuff and that’ll kill off the V2 Virus |

Definitely caught it from being in Penny’s flat, and since he’s exhausted from being there day in and day out I think his symptoms are being mistaken for exhaustion...can’t really imagine what he’d hallucinate about, but I feel like it would of course be an awesome opportunity for some Charlie/Fawcett interactions lmao |

I can see him staying all bright eyed and steady for Rachel while she gets through the worst of her virus then it’s like BAM because he usually seems to get out of these scraps with not much damage lmao (little bitty battle scar from the blackout amirite?). Her and Graeme both come down with it but not too bad, so maybe some happiness can come out of this with them finding out they are expecting (which I know they've been trying to do for a few months now!) In what is literally the final days of her pregnancy, Izzie develops this fever. This baby has been so chill and relaxed compared to her other pregnancies that I feel like she just KNEW something was going to happen. Can’t have a MacMillan baby without some drama, right? So I guess they’ll admit her because she’s pregnant and want to watch over her---maybe they’ll even think about inducing to make sure the baby doesn’t suffer any complications incase the fever gets worse?
