1969— Starts Hogwarts!

1976— Graduates Hogwarts! Begins internship at The Daily Prophet.

1978— His parents attempt a marriage arrangement with Octavia Borgin, but the two manage to end it amicably.

1979— October; After a one night stand, Gabriel is informed that Mary MacDonald is pregnant with his son. He panicks and leaves the country with Octavia for a few days.

1980— January; Reveals the pregnancy to his parents; his father in a rage disowns him. His mother is devastated and tries to keep in contact with him, but Gabriel breaks ties.

1980— June; Son Michael is born.

1980— Summer; Mary moves to France to pursue a job opportunity. Gabriel gets primary custody of Michael and has a hard time on his own for a bit.

1980— October; To regain their good graces within the pureblood society, Gabriel's parents set up an engagement with the parents of Rachel Englewood. The two are at first wary, but warm up to each other.

1980— December; Marries Rachel.

1981— Sister Rebecca disappears; she has run off with her supposedly dead boyfriend and eloped.

1982— March; Son Benjamin is born.

1983— Rachel is caught in an attack on the Rookwood home, her memory of the last three years has been wiped. Gabriel is devastated and distraught, but the pair are still drawn to each other and are seemingly starting over.
