Look, Susan, I don't know what else you want me to say. I'm sorry for what happened only because it wasn't under the best of circumstances. I shouldn't have done it but you were invading my space with your nimble fingers and--. And, again, I'm sorry. I never meant to lead you on like that - the pressure just got the better brought out the worst of me is all. And I know that's not a very good excuse, but that's the only thing I've got right now. But you're right, I shouldn't have done it - flat out, no excuses. But since I did there's nothing else I can do but apologize. So ...there.
