Rose blinked at him. Then nodded slowly. The trip would be fairly safe and she would get home safely.
"Too bad things couldn't have been different," Rose says wistfully. "It would have been nice to get to know you under different circumstances.... I like what I saw of you."
She gives him a small bow. "Thank you, Keiji-san."
