When they got to the compound Rose was good at schooling her features. She acted like she was resistant to being near Keiji. It was easy for him to know that her disdain was an act because she had winked at him covertly before they got out of the limo.
But the dress restricted her movement enough that she couldn't really put on a full show for anyone that saw them. Just enough disdain was showing though to make it look like Keiji had been forced to get her under control earlier.
