Abilities
Sylvie has the ability to generate and control electricity. She can also turn herself into pure electricity and use wires and other conductive materials to travel.
Weaknesses: Sylvie has to recharge on a regular basis or she is unable to generate electricity or turn into pure energy. When she is low on a charge she will start to draw energy from nearby sources. Alternatively if she is overcharged she will short out nearby electrical devices.
