Power of Chaos- Attacking and being attacked gives Adam Rage which increase Adam's attack and defense
Abilities
L1- Rage Punch- Single target unarmed melee attack. High Crits.
L2- Adam Smash- Single target melee attack. Deadly Crits. Rage unleashed, consumes all stacks rage to deal extra damage
L6- Thunder Clap- Targets all opponents for a ranged attack. Rage unleashed. Causes staggered.
L9- Berserk Assault- Single target unarmed melee attack. Rage unleashed. Give Adam Chaos defense which applies defense to attacks that ignore defense.

Name: Kestrel/Mary Pitt
PB: Karen Gillan
History: Mary is the latest vessel of Kestrel. Unlike most vessels of Kestrel him and Mary get along very well with Mary seeing herself as an Agent of Chaos and does what she can to farther along Kestrel's plans and is almost a bloodthirsty now as he is.
Powers: Kestrel has powers very similar to Hawk but to a great degree. Mary is an athletic young women who has been teaching herself how to fight. Kestrel can switch between states at will and does so as it sees fit.

Adam was in New York City with some friends from school for the weekend. Dad had been totally cool with the trip as long as he didn’t get arrested or knock anyone up while he was there. The first night had been a lot of fun, he had gotten up early that next morning and got a feeling his buddies wouldn’t be up for a while.
Since he was in the area and he heard that Lily was back in town he figured he’d give her a call and see if they could meet up that morning for some breakfast. His cousin had mentioned a few places that served good breakfasts so he had some places in mind.

Physical description (face, build, weight): Adam is 6' 1" and almost 200 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

Abilities: Adam powers all stem from his connection to Chaos.
Super Strength- When completely calm unnaturally so he can lift one ton. Normal mental state can lift about 25 tons. Really getting into a fight 50 tons. If he completely loses control 100+ tons.
Supernatural Durability- When completely calm unnaturally so he can take a good punch and it won’t hurt too much. Normal mental is like be shot while wearing Kevlar, it while hurt but he can still keep going and won’t break the skin. Really getting into a fight can shrug of bullets like they are nothing through heavier fire power can hurt him. If he completely loses control hurting him physically becomes close to impossible.
Brawler- Adam has some training in how to fight from his dad. This isn’t really formal combat training but more what you would expect to see in a barroom brawl.
Relaxation training- Adam is good at keeping himself calm in normal everyday situations and in less stressful fights. However it’s not as effective in more serious and stressful fights or situations
Out of Control- Adam has only really completely lost control 5 times in his life aside from the first time when his powers first manifested all have been dire situations that even the most reserved people would not be able to stay calm. Once out of control it is general difficult to bring him back under control but a skilled telepath would force calm onto him still, Pippi's power gem can easily do so as long as she gets close enough for it to effect him, people who he's know all his life and are on good terms with can with work talk him out of it like Lily, having whatever caused the lose of control be resolved and made aware to him, also Ice Cream seems to help getting him back under control.
Weaknesses and flaws: The calmer he is the weaker his powers are and the more out of control he is the stronger they are. While he will use his brawling in his normal level it slowly goes out the window the more he loses control. When in an out of control state he is unable to get himself out of it until it runs its course or outside interference calms him down.

Backstory: There was knock on the door of Hank Hall’s home and when he opened the door he found a baby in a basket with a note. The note said ‘Hi we met ten months ago in a one night stand. This guy, Adam, is the result. You’re the only one who could have been the father. He’s your problem now.’ Needless to say Hank was in shock there. But he opened up the bundle to get a better look at the baby and what he saw was an undeniable resemblance to himself.
Hank had thought about looking for the mother but if she had gone through the effort of doing something like this it was probably so the best anyways and he had gotten attached to the little guy. He raised him with help from Dawn and a bit from Lilith Clay along with his young son by Dawn Don.
Adam’s powers first came to light when he was four and when out of control destroying much of the house, Hank did his best to contain him till Dawn was able to calm him down with ice cream. Though the super strength and durability stayed with him after that. From there training started in keeping him mostly calm and getting his strength under control.
Adam is very much is father’s son discovering girls when he was seven and soon started hitting on and attempting flirting with them and was not too bad at it for a seven year old. Hank just loved it though the others weren’t so thrilled with it.
Adam wasn’t allow to play sports with other kids since his powers generally made it unfair to do so. After begging to be able to for years Hank gave in and said if he could find a sport where is strength would not be to much of an advantage he could. Which is when be became a pole vaulter for his high school track team and was very good at it.
Adam has done a little bit of superheroeing around his hometown but hasn't really gotten majorly involved yet. He does know a lot about it and is friendly with most of the titan kids.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Joining up with Titans East.
What are you planning to do with this character?: Titans East stuff
What do you want to see happen with this character?: I would definitely like to play around with losing control and maybe do something related to the source of his powers in Chaos
