Oh definitely. I can see her being congenial, and even trying to be a good mate on the rare occasion. The first few months were probably the hardest for her, but she wouldn't punish him for something out of his control. I think it'd be more embarrassment at the new found intimacy with someone she's very reluctant to get to know beyond the surface. But you're right, it's been a year so she'd definitely warm up to him by now! I can possibly even see her slipping up occasionally, if they're having a good time, but for the most part she'd know he doesn't love her, and she wouldn't want to just give herself to him if she saw no future for them. So basically, nothing she'd regret too much in the morning. ha.
She could definitely start to notice his moods when his friend was involved and eventually point them out. I don't think she'll have told him she's going to leave him at the end of school yet, but they could have bonded over the AMP being silly, and that could be an eventual conversation for them. I think in my head now she's warming to him a lot more recently, but she doesn't want her heart broken, and she can see he's not wholly invested in her, so they're friendly, but she keeps it on a roommate-y level.
