He can tell she's enjoying this and he secretly smirks, but with his mouth still occupied with the side of her neck so he doesn't say anything and just enjoys her reactions. His hand comes up again for another slap, this one harder as he tries to push her to the edge.
It might seem like he's in control here but it's taking all his self control not to act on the image he has of throwing all her clothes to the floor.
