The biting amuses him more than anything. As he draws his hand away he laughs at her, "So you do bite. I'll keep that in mind for the future..." His smirk tells her he certainly doesn't mind though.
"Reading? Hmmm that works. What books? And is there anything you do that's more social that I'll have to drag you to?" He really just wants an excuse to do that, and he'll be damned if he can't find one.
