"Right. Tell me when you're halfway across the world. Was that your plan?" He tries to keep the hurt and slightly mocking tone out of his voice but doesn't do a very good job of it. He's more hurt than he's letting on right now. He thinks she didn't care enough about him to bother telling him, that she didn't trust that he could help. And that was particularly painful.
"Didn't you want me to help? Didn't you...what did you think I would have done if you'd told me?" Because that part confuses him the most.
