"You're tired too," she points out while rubbing his hand with her thumb thoughtfully. She was trying to not draw attention to them right now.
"You could lay down with me for a while. It won't kill you," she offers keeping her voice low as she makes sure they aren't being watched too closely. She is aware they probably won't draw much attention as they really do look normal.
