Because if there was one thing worse than Batman with a suspicion it was Batman who had that suspicion confirmed. "I did it for you, why couldn't you just..." Frustrated he kicks the nearest thing, which happens to be a fallen couch cushion that hits the wall with a loud thump that does nothing to soothe his anger.
