He was about to give her a smart ass remark, but held it back. Just getting hired for a job he didn't think he'd be qualified for wasn't the time to convince his new employer there was more to him than could be found on his resume.
But he wasn't calling anybody Miss unless they were elderly spinsters.
"Yes, I am. Diving right in is the sure fire way to keep from freaking out that I actually landed the job."
