Loopholes.
Vernique had had a rough day. A very rough day. Solver was finally to bed, but she was tense and unhappy desperate to feel like herself again.

Which made it all the harder to fight a longstanding temptation. Until she gave up, marching outside, where she knew he was, with her jaw set and her eyes clear.

	And indeed he was. While he was not accustomed to Midgard completely, it was getting easier. He currently sat on the ground, playing with a small native animal. Lady Marlow called it a..kitten? 	He notes this. The smell was quite..pleasant. "Oaths often depend on context and severity. Also just who the oath was given to is also an important consideration. 	He takes a moment to admire the way she moved. It reminded him of the way the women at court would move to entice the men present. "I would assume so. He sighs, though if he were being honest, he appreciated someone giving a damn. "That is..part of it. Mother was very..frank when it came to the details of their liaison. He had been masquerading as Thor for some reason or other. She made a play at seducing him, thinking him Thor. His reputation as a..a.."

He takes a breath. "In any event they bedded together and it was revealed she had tricked him into a Dark Elf marriage. It was intended as a means to lay a legitimate claim to Asgard. In the end it was revealed of course that they had fooled each other. Nothing much else happened after that. He went his way after the marriage was annulled."
