After sitting, legs crossed, lips pursed, and thinking for a minute, she says, "I'll admit. I've got a bit of an inclination to get some use out of The Boots."
And Vernique removes from the front of her suitcase some rather nice knee-high, very supple dark leather boots. They've a bit of a heel, but stable enough for one to easily keep her feet.
