My parents are flipping crazy. My mother goes on about babies for Orpheus and the She-Devil and you would think all hell had broken loose. I don't ever want family dinners like this. Maybe someday when they do have children things will be different but for now I'm glad I'm not living in that house with the two of them.

I'm really excited for my grandfather's party Sunday afternoon believe it or not. It's supposed to be a fabulous day, not too warm, not too cool, bright and sunny. It's a good excuse to have a party, turning 100. It's also a good excuse for your granddaughter to have her friends over since half the Ministry will be there and other assorted guests.

It's also a really good thing to immerse myself in so I don't think about that letter

Alright, who is coming so my mother won't be too upset about being short on napkins?

You don't turn 100 every day, you know! My God he must be a wrinkly old codger

It's true. I'm counting you as a yes then, Joe boy. Can I call you that, Joe boy?

Oh, I didn't realize I was invited! I've got nothing going on as it is I'll just smooth talk to my mum and get me out of everything going on today in that case!

Hmmm...Joe boy? I suppose if you like it. And if I can call you Klio bird. It rolls off the tongue nicely, too!

Maybe K-bird? I think Klio Bird has too many syllables to roll off the tongue that nicely.

And of course you're invited. I asked who was coming -- that's cue for an open invitation. And it's Sunday, Joe Boy.

Hmm...maybe.

Sunday? Well in that case I'll have even more time to smooth talk my mum.
