Adding on to the bulletin if I may...
I feel I should also point out that in the event that you have no other choice but to confront the infected, their only weak point is their head. Any other injury inflicted on them may only slow them further, but shooting, decapitation, or extreme amounts of blunt force to the head will be the only way to stop them.

THIS IS NOT A SUGGESTION TO GO LOOKING FOR TROUBLE. This is only information provided in the event that you find yourself in a situation where you cannot escape the infected without coming in direct contact with them. That said, those with little to no weapons experience should focus on avoiding the infected at all costs.

Right now the first district is the safest area. I strongly suggest that everyone head there. Roxas will be opening a portal leading directly to the first district, so anyone needing to travel there should contact either him or me immediately. I also suggest staying out of Crossroads Field or any of the other worlds outside of Traverse Town at this time.

Anyone looking to offer help in either evacuating residents to the first district or wanting to offer help in trying to contain this situation should also see me or Ryuzaki. However, most of you can help just by cooperating with us at this time.
