Avalon isn't sure what to do. He feels odd on Earth after having said goodbye, and it seems so.. unlike anything he's ever experienced to get this second chance. There are many people he has had to say goodbye to in his life that he never saw again; this was the first time that they had ever come back to him.
He's not completely sure how he feels about Henry's talk with everyone. He's asked for time to think, to figure out what he's feeling. Right now he needs time to sort out his emotions; for once, being empathic isn't helping. Being empathic did help him seek out who he felt he needed to see most right now though: Josh.
The backyard was Avalon's sanctuary in the past, and he was happy to wander out there in search of his friend. They hadn't had a moment alone since he returned, and this was the first time that Avalon has been able to try and catch Josh by himself. Barefoot and shirtless, Avalon wriggles his toes into the grass and then starts to check all the usual spots he knows that Josh likes to hide.
