Hope and Will go hand in hand
The call for Lanterns had reached Earth quite quickly - the distress call had originated in one sector over, and it appeared that the Lanterns stationed in Sector 2813 were the closest to the call. It was unidentified and all together odd; the Lanterns were warned to have extreme caution.
( It had taken little for Avalon to be ready. )
