For months Josh had managed to gain significant clout in the Harlem branch of the Maggia. So much so that Big Ben Junior himself entrusted him to meet with a Hydra agent in order to secure a new weapons deal. His job was to find out exactly what kind of deal was being setup between the two groups and report back to Fury. The meeting place was a local coffee shop so as to appear as casual as possible.
