Physical description (face, build, weight): Tall, early developer - 15, but could pass as at least 17 most of the time. Lithe and super-athletic. Long brown hair that appears dyed, but the red streaks are entirely natural.

Powers: Mikal has strength, durability, speed, reflexes and endurance on par with his mother at a similar age - still developing. He does not show any sign whatsoever of any of her occasional more esoteric powers.
Weapons: He does not possess the bracelets, magic lassos or any of the other Themyscerian tech, but does possess a few magical items. His bow is quite similar to the bow of Harakles, made by Hephasteus at Apollo's request - allowing him to utilize his full Amazonian strength in its use. His quiver is the bigger marvel - he only has 24 shots in a day, but at dawn each day, it refills with the magical arrows... unlike the big bag of tricks common to arrows, his have two tricks - standard 'magical' arrows, which can stand up to being fired from the baby siege weapon of a bow - and in the process, cut through metal, cinderblock, nigh invulnerable opponents, etc... they aren't otherwise super accurate or highly enchanted - but are /very/ useful when dealing with those who are vulnerable to magic. Second, with a command word, he can cause his arrows to burst into magical fire while nocked or in flight. These are not notably of much greater intensity than some of the pyro arrows the Arrow-clan uses, but magical nature can be beneficial.
Skills: Trained by the Titans, some Amazons, and the Arrow clan in hand to hand and archery. He's highly skilled for his age - but the older and more trained Amazons are still better, while big-sister Lian is easily the more accurate archer. He also hasn't developed any kind of knack with a lot of the family trick arrows and such - happy to rely on the tricks he has.
Weaknesses and flaws: Donna is the exception to a lot of rules. Among them, apparently, was having a son instead of a daughter. The magical nature of Amazon genetics still caught up with him - Mikal is allergic to Themysceria... or rather, allergic to the mostly broken maigcal remnants of the spells that once protected and hid Paradise Island from man's world. It won't kill him, but too much exposure will lead to flu like symptoms pretty quickly.

Backstory:
Mikal is the son of Roy Harper and Donna Troy. When both semi-retired from heroing life, and already having at least partially raised one child together, they decided to work on having one of their own, despite the difficulties sometimes present with the superhero lifestyle. They had been expecting a daughter - given Amazonian tendencies, so they were very surprised when a son was born instead - with the seers among the Amazons having determined it may have been because of some of the alterations made by various powers, entities and dimensional energies to Donna over the years. They were also surprised to find that, though he would have been more welcome than in most previous eras, he reacted strongly to Paradise Island - something amidst all those changes that resulted in a male Amazon resulting in the remnants of the magics protecting the island making him sick. Simply, he was allergic to the home of his mother's people.
Though some among the Amazons saw ill fortune in this, Diana, Hippolyta and some others still did their best to make sure he was taught Amazon history - as well as had their training as he grew up, while the Titans, true to the team's nature, rallied around him and all of the other Titans children as an extended family.
Under training from his father, his half-sister, and some of the Amazons, he proved to have the Arrow family gift for the bow. While never as precise as some of the family, the enhanced strength, reflexes and coordination of his Amazonian heritage helped make up for the difference. In this time, he also gained the attention of the God Apollo, one of the few males of the Olympian pantheon who had often been friendly to the Amazons, who took a liking to him - and while Mikal would not be gifted the bracers, nor many of the traditional arms of the Amazon people, the god instead had a bow created for him, with magical arrowheads and a quiver designed by Hephasteus - and then, in proper tradition, when he turned 13, set a test of spirit, will, nobility and physical prowess to make Mikal earn it.
With the Titans as his family, and especially due to idolizing his half sister - enough older than him that they rarely had too many typical sibling conflicts - he has never wanted to be anything but a hero. Armed with this new weapon, all the training he can find, and a highly honed appreciation of having an excuse to hang out with women wearing spandex, he's been looking for a suitable way to start his career in style.
