Abilities: Rick can breath perfectly fine underwater and in the air. He is also immune to the effect of water pressure while underwater. While submerged is also completely unaffected by water temperature.
Rick when submerged completely in any body of water, such as a tub of water, pool, pond, ect., is cable of completely controlling it including doing things with it that are unnatural and sensing when is going on in it. When partly in the water he is capable of sensing whats going on in it but currently can't do anything more with it. How far his control spreads in larger bodies of water is currently unknown but at least for now very limited due his trouble dealing with sensing all that is going on in it.
Weaknesses: Rick is basically powerless when not submerged. He also can have trouble dealing with his ability to sense what's going on in a body of water he is in which can over whelm him.
History:The eldest son of Cait and Shane and Sylvia Ostrum's younger brother. Rick as always loved the water and could always be found playing in it when ever he could. With his powers it just makes it a lot harder to get him out of the water.
