Physical description (face, build, weight):Lester is 6’ tall and 175 lbs. He has blue eyes and blond hair. He does not have the bulls eye scar on his forehead since the fight where daredevil gave it to him never occurred in his universe.

Abilities: Olympic Physical Conditioning: Lester is an Olympic-level athlete and weightlifter. He is in overall exceptional physical condition, with the agility, reflexes, stamina, and speed of a professional or Olympic athlete.
Skilled Acrobat: He is a skilled acrobat capable of performing many difficult feats and matching the feats of the finest human acrobats.
Expert Marksman: Lester's innate ability to throw any projectile with great unerring accuracy and deadliness borders on the uncanny. His uncanny ability to use virtually any common object as a lethal projectile actually makes him more dangerous than many characters who do have superhuman powers. Although he is not technically superhuman, Bullseye can accomplish many feats with thrown projectiles. He has demonstrated the ability to lacerate a person's throat with a thrown playing card, spit his own tooth through a human skull, toss a paper airplane to a distant rooftop, and kill a person with a toothpick thrown through a window from a hundred yards away. He is also a dangerous sharpshooter.
Expert Assassin: He knows every pressure point and vulnerable spot on the human body and is able to turn virtually any object into a deadly weapon capable of incapacitating or killing an enemy. Lester is a deadly assassin often hired by the likes of the Kingpin for covert assassinations.
Master Martial Artist: Aside from his ability to throw projectiles with lethal accuracy, Bullseye is also a master of many martial arts disciplines and is extremely talented in the use of edged weapons and conventional firearms. Often, his outspoken attitude during combat about using his abilities seems to have become one of his favorite weapons - intimidation.
Weapons Proficiency: As a result of his naturally perfect athletic gift for hand-eye coordination, Lester can quickly learn how to wield most weapons even if he's never seen them before. Aside from throwing projectiles, he is also skilled with knives, swords, and other weapons.
Weaknesses and flaws: He is a normal human and is not fully mentally stable but is stable enough that most people do not notice. Lester is also color blind.

Backstory (Please include as much detail as possible about the world they came from):
Lester’s childhood was not a happy one growing up in an abusive household where he was often beaten by his father. During high school he attempted to kill his father by setting fire to his house where his father was pasted out inside making it look like an accident.
After graduating high school he attempted to become a major league baseball pitcher but found it too easy and in a minor leagues game where he was in the middle of a no hitter for his last pitch of the game killed the batter. With that kill he found his true calling where he became a killer and agent for the NSA.
During his first mission his gun jammed on him and he just threw the gun at his attacker killing him. After that he started mainly using throwing weapons to fight. This turned out to be a great career for him since it let him kill people which was something he took pleasure from but more it gave him purpose and a sense of direction.
The director of the NSA Steve Rogers took notice of the fact that his assignments resulted in a lot of unnecessary deaths and seeing this as a problem decided to force Bullseye to seek counseling. The therapist was a young woman and at first he was not happy to be doing this but over time started opening up when he noticed that she actually cared about him as a person.
After almost a year of sessions he came in to be informed that she had been killed by an abusive boyfriend. It was then that he realized that he had cared for her as a friend and decided he was going to kill the creep who had killed her. Using all of the skills he had learned with the NSA he tracked the boyfriend down. Sneaking into the building to kill him he found himself face-to-face with director Rogers he told him to stand down and leave immediately. Lester said no and attack him trying to fight his way through him only to get the shit beaten out of him.
Lester woke up in the hospital in restraints and the director standing nearby who said that they needed to talk. The first thing the director did was apologize about beating him so badly but Lester had left him no choice and then got to the major part of the conversation what was going to happen next. He told him that he could not continue to have a sadistic killer running around and there was two ways this could end either Lester was going to be imprisoned or killed for not changing or he could change like she though he could because if he didn't he would be just as bad as her boyfriend. What the director had said struck something in him combined with everything that had happened recently changing his outlook on life, from everything is a target to if you give me a good enough reason I can and will kill.
The Rogers found that using a soft touch worked well with Lester now and that he made the prefect undercover operative. One mission as an undercover operative had him working to take down the Kingpin by working as his assassin where he came into conflict with Daredevil and Elektra.
He fought Daredevil several times though was never able to beat him and fought Elektra beating her and stabbing her with her own sai but making sure as to not be lethal. He did all of this while undercover and felt sad when it came to an end with them finally being able to arrest Kingpin as he rather like the life but he also felt interested in what it would be like to be a superhero. The director indulged in his best undercover agent and loaned him to the avengers who took him in since they needed new recruits after a battle with the masters of evil gone wrong.
During his short time with the Avengers he helped the Green Goblin, Agent USA, Spider-man and several other avengers as Hawkeye while the original was in semi retirement. Though it did not last long since they frowned upon killing which was something he liked to do to his enemies like when he also most killed the Spiderman villain Ironman.
After that he when back to work for the NSA where he continued to do work undercover and assassinations. On his free time though he liked to stalk Daredevil since he was the only person he had never been able to beat in a fight and had developed a minor obsession with him.
Director Rogers has also loaned him several times to work with SHEILD under Commander Stucker when they need someone like him to help fight HYDRA and it’s leader Nick Fury.
How do you plan to introduce the character to the game?: Bullseye was on an assignment attempting to take out a terrorist cell when he was pull to join the Exiles.
What are you planning to do with this character?: Bullseye can help out the team with his skills in stealth, fighting, and killing people. Explore how other characters deal with a mostly good Bullseye.
What do you want to see happen with this character?: I would like to see at some point interaction between Bullseye and alternate versons of himself and Daredevil.
