[WHO?] Ashlyn and Keegan
[WHERE?] Ashlyn's house.
[WHY?] Snog fest, duh.
[WHEN?] Back logged to last night.
[RATING?] PG-13

Keegan had gotten dressed quickly putting on a button down shirt and a pair of jeans. He ran around his house looking for a pair of socks and found a pair in the dryer. He slid on a pair of runners and he apparated over to Ashlyn's place and grinned. This was going to be fun. He hadn't seen much of her over the summer and they were going to be able to spend time without her parents in the other room. Something that was even more rare for the couple. He hoped that Ashlyn was watching something other than her feminist movies and maybe something action-y but he doubted it and didn't care overly much. Time with his girlfriend was time with his girlfriend. He doubted they'd be watching the movie for very long anyways.

He knocked on the door quickly and danced in place. He was excited. No school, no homework, no Quidditch. Life was good and hopefully they were going to that luau for the seventh years that was coming up. He'd have to ask her at some point tonight. If they had the time. If not he could always ask through their journals. He pushed his hands through the door and grinned at Ashlyn as she opened the door, "Hello love. Happy to see me?" He said in a teasing voice with his eyes glittering.

She wasn't exactly ready for him to come over--she hadn't showered in, well...let's just say she'd been lounging in her PJs for the past day or so. As soon as she asked him to pop over she was in the shower and out in record time. After making sure things were a bit cleaned up around the flat, she pulled a comb through her still wet hair. She was probably more excited for the alone time with him, and had been hoping that he'd respond to her journal entry.

Oh! There was the knock! She practically bounced to the door in her eagerness before throwing the door open. They hadn't seen each other in a few weeks, oh goodness. Her pulse racing, she raised up on tiptoes to kiss him. "Yes. Very happy," she said, her voice a mixture of excitement and amusement. Her hands grabbed for his, intertwining their fingers, swinging her hands a bit. She needed to make sure that her mum went out of town more often, this was just too much of a rush to be bad.

He smiled again at her and kissed her back and nipped at her lower lip for a moment. "I'm glad. I'm so happy to see you doll." He laced his hands with hers easily and squeezed her hand gently. "You smell good," he nuzzled her neck for a moment. This was a rush he hadn't felt since they first kissed. "What movie are we watching?" he murmured against her neck as he wrapped his arms around her waist. He exhaled slowly and just took her in standing on her parent's stoop.

This was nice, he thought to himself. "Maybe we should go inside before your neighbors the neighbors make a scene and tattle to your parents." He took a deep breath and withdrew himself from her body leaving his hand in place. "Sound like a good idea?" He played with the ends of her hair with his free hand and waited for her to offer him inside. Good manners were ingrained into his head and wouldn't step in until she had invited him.

She was about to tell him off for calling her doll but it was quickly pushed out of her mind when he nuzzled at her neck. The butterflies in her stomach were going wild and the only thing stopping her full face grin was her biting her lower lip. "Mmm, not a movie. Television show," she said happily as she pulled him into the house behind her. She couldn't agree more about getting out of sight. They didn't have extremely nosy neighbors, but they would say something knowing that Bernice was not in at the moment. "Mum wouldn't be happy to know you'd stopped by without her permission," she said, a sneaky grin slowly coming onto her face. They could do essentially anything right now...and get away with it. She pulled him down for another kiss, letting this one linger a bit longer as she kicked the door shut behind them.

"So..." she said, letting the word elongate a bit, the slightest of smirk present on her face. "Couch? And a bit of telly?"

He closed his eyes for a moment and let her take over the kiss. He was trying to get better at remembering what she liked to do and television was one of them. He had never been big into it finding much more interesting things to do but she also didn't have Quidditch as a girl. "How about the couch but I don't know how much telly we'll actually be watching," he said with a smirk. He leaned down and kissed her again wrapping his arms around her waist and holding her to his body. His eyes fluttering closed again and reached behind her, locking the door. "Is that okay with you?" he murmured gently. He kept his will power with him from pushing her against the wall and ravishing her. He opened her eyes and swayed with her to a beat of music in his head. "I know it sounds good to me," a soft tone in his voice, almost loving but not quite there.

He pursed his lips for a moment and remembered the luau, "Are we going to that party for the seventh years Ash? I need to ask Mum if I can go. She doesn't care if I go over here because she thinks I'm studying but a party is going to take some persuasion." He grinned at her and nipped at her ear for a split second before looking back down at her still swaying in place.

Ashlyn nodded with a smile. "The couch is just fine, love." In all honesty, the TV wasn't a critical part of the evening. She lived quite easy without it during the school year but when she was home it was nice to just sit down for it from time to time. Going to boarding schools all through primary years had turned television into a sort of comfort thing for her. She probably would do anything at this point if he asked, the way he worded things, the way he treated her...she really liked being with him, being around him. He was probably the one exception to her 'boys are evil' rule.

She grinned when he asked about the luau. "Of course we're going. Phoebe would be upset with me if we didn't," she said calmly, a small giggle escaping her as he nipped her ear. "You could always tell your mum that you're coming over here...she'll never know the difference, right?" She bit her lower lip, looking up at him now for a response.

He sighed, "You know I don't like lying but I may have to for this." He tugged her over to the couch and sat down and plopped her down on his lap and wrapped his arms around her. Not before he snagged a handful of popcorn and popped it into his mouth. "The way Phoebe put the invitation it looked like it was going to be a lot of fun though and I have to pick you up before. I suppose technically I will be coming over here won't I?" He pressed a kiss to her neck and looked at the telly. "What exactly are we watching?" He blinked as things flashed across the screen.

"Mum also likes to randomly check up on me when she's suspicious but I'm not going to give her a reason to." He smiled charmingly. He would probably do anything for her as well. Just the fact that he got Ashlyn to say yes to him in sixth year was something amazing. He was still in awe over that and tried not to take her for granted or be too chivalrous around her. She didn't like it, she wanted to be treated as a human being and he tried his best.

"I know, but...we could always do something around here before and then just...slip off?" It couldn't be a lie that way, right? Maybe she could talk Tony into covering for them, just in case. She grabbed herself a handful of popcorn, following suit. "We are watching Are You Being Served," she said calmly before explaining the premise of the story. It was pretty dopey but she liked it quite a bit for those nights when there was nothing better to do.

"The luau should be loads of fun. I helped her pick up some decorations and such for it," she said happily as she turned herself in his lap so she was sitting sideways, more able to kiss him and--well, cuddle and the like. She kissed his cheek before letting her head drop to his shoulder. She was very glad that he was thoughtful, considerate of her and her opinions. She just tried to make sure she didn't protest too much of what he said or did, just to keep him from becoming overly annoyed with her.

He held her close and began to nibble on her ear. He had been thinking about her on and off for several weeks now. Now that he was with her all he wanted to do was kiss her. He planned on acting out every thing that he had imagined. Except for that one certain thing, which he would never push her on. That was her choice and he wasn't going to be a jackass and force her into something she wasn't sure about. All he knew is that she gave him the butterflies and when he was dating Meredith he hadn't felt the same thing. A close friendship and nothing more. He kissed down her jawline. "That sounds interesting," referring to the television show. "If you picked out decorations I'm sure it will look spectacular."

He kissed across her jawline and down her neck and bit down softly where her shoulder and neck met. Just hard enough to where she could feel it but not hard enough for pain or a hickey. "I've missed you and I don't think we're going to be watching the telly for much longer." He was working on turning this into a snog session and so far his plan of action was working. He listened to her sighs of approval wanting to know where to go. He wanted to find out what turned her on and what didn't and take advantage of did.

Ashlyn was really just enjoying the time with him. "I'm okay without watching telly," she said with a smirk, her head now raising off his shoulder. She really liked when he kissed at her neck, and the occasional nip at her ears or lower lip. "There're more important things to do, anyways," she said before pulling him in for a kiss, ready to settle in for a snog session as well. They hadn't done this since the train ride home, after all, so it was well overdue. She wrapped her arms around him, letting her fingers weave into the hair just at the nape of his neck and let out a content sigh. "Why does the summer have to be so short?" she asked, pouting as she pulled away from the kiss momentarily, her forehead rested on his.

She loved school, but being away from him wasn't exactly fun. It wouldn't be so horrible if he were in Ravenclaw, but with them being in different houses and having to steal time together between classes and on the weekends made things a bit dodgy. But this--this was nice. They didn't have to worry about housemates or juggling schedules (at least not as badly as they would at Hogwarts), they could just be around each other all the time if they pleased and it wouldn't matter.

"Because it's summer honey. All good things must come to an end." He grinned at her and began to kiss her again. He shivered as her hands ran through his hair and shifted slightly. His pants becoming a little more tight by the second. He was careful not to scare her and he thought this just may. He found the clicker and turned the T.V. off. "This is our last year and I was thinking maybe we could find a flat together. If we stay together and are happy with each other through seventh year." He offered her a shy smile. He had been thinking about this for a while now and just decided to bring it up. There was no time like the present. "What do you think?" He kissed her cheek gently.

She'd never given living with him much thought before--honestly, the idea had never come to her until he brought it up just then. They were so young and--there was so much to get through with the next year with N.E.W.T.s and Quidditch and all that studying. But surely they'd be able to survive that, right? She really fancied being with him, just being in the same room as him was good enough for her. "I..." she paused momentarily, the kiss on the cheek throwing her thoughts a bit. "I don't see anything wrong with that," she said softly, carefully examining his eyes, trying to figure out exactly what he was thinking at that moment. He really thought they had the chance to make it that far, to be together for so long and to still want those same things a year from now? Not that she didn't think those same things of course but--it was refreshing and good to hear that he hoped for the same sorts of things as her down the road.

Her mum probably wouldn't appreciate them moving in together as much as she would but...times were changing, and Ashlyn didn't have to be tied down by the expectations and traditions of the past generations. If she and Keegan wanted to move in together, the would do it and they would be able to handle the living arrangement just fine, thank you very much. And if they decided to get married after that, then all the better. Society wasn't going to dictate anything in Ashlyn's life, and it hadn't so far so why should she let it start anytime soon, right? Ashlyn shifted herself once again, now straddling his lap, facing him. "I suppose I'll have to start learning how to cook and all that so you don't starve to death once next summer rolls around, hmm?" It was such a stereotypical remark, but she figured that they could tease each other a bit about those sorts of things without everything becoming horribly tense.

He laughed, "I know how to cook. I can cook for the both of us." He tugged her hair lightly. "I'm not really too worried about that. I thought it might be a good idea to live together first before we think about anything more serious. It's also a long way down the line." He mentally breathed a sigh of relief. He was so glad that they were on the same page. He loved being with her but all day, every day was going to prove to be a challenge and if they couldn't make it together they were doomed.

Times were changing and he thought she might be accepting to the idea and the logic behind it as she was a Ravenclaw. "So I think I'm going to be on first string this year for Quidditch. I'm pretty sure we're short a player. How exciting is that?" He grinned at her changing the subejct for the time being. The one thing he loved about Ashlyn is that they could kiss and they could talk. There was a nice balance between the two.

She gave him one final peck as an afterthought after their discussion about living together wrapped itself up. She was looking forward to it, and...ooh, probably wouldn't be good to mention, but she wondered if they'd be able to try it out over winter break, decide if they would really be able to handle such a big step.

"Ooh! Congratulations!" she said excitedly, with another quick peck, this time out of celebration. "We're so kicking your arses again this year, though. S'what happens when you've got a stellar seeker who refuses to let the snitch past her," she said with a wink, conveniently ignoring the last quidditch game of the season when she'd been ejected for fighting. But--well, that didn't even matter because things were done between her and Ingrid now and they'd won the game. That was really all that had mattered in the end, and as far as she was concerned, her record was still spotless.

"If you say so love," he was returning every peck that he gave her easily. He gave her another to say he wasn't patronizing her just teasing. "Some things are better left unspoken of." He remembered that game and she had kicked Ingrid's ass into the ground. He grinned at the memory. It was extremely amusing. The idea rolling her head was something he hadn't even thought of. "So what do we do now love? Do we keep talking or do we keeping kissing? So many choices, so much time." He grinned. They had talked all night through owls before and that was fun but physical contact was something he couldn't even put a comparison to. He was going to make sure he got every single moment he could in of snogging, cuddling and holding in while he could. His mother thought he was over at Ludo's house so he didn't have to be back for hours which was always a plus. Depending on what time her mother came back there might be a possibility of him spending the night.

She laughed softly, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear. She personally thought that Ingrid had gotten the better of her in that fight (though she would never actually say it) simply because she'd been able to psych the other girl out with her sleuth-like pregnancy theory. And she'd been right, hadn't she? Why the other girl had let Christian just--she pushed the thought of him quickly out of her head. She didn't need to think about him, and hadn't in quite some time. She was with Keegan now, and things were going so well with him and he was thoughtful and considerate and he didn't ask her about the feminist club with that 'oh she's so cute with her opinions and such worn on her sleeve' sort of tone that other blokes gave her. He tried hard to not use demeaning pet names with her (though there were a few she didn't mind at all) and he didn't treat her as if she was just some girl to hang on her arm. "Hmmmm," she hummed at him, scrunching up her face as if she were thinking hard about the situation. "I have a few ideas about what we could do," she murmured, punctuating her words every now and then with another kiss, letting her body fall to the side and recline on the couch all while pulling him after her.

In between the kisses, "Do you now? Am I privy to those ideas or should I just trust you and let things happen?" He kissed her again with a resounding smack on the lips. If Keegan had asked her about her feminist club it would be to support her or to help her with ideas. He would never make fun of Ashlyn for what she believed. It was just wrong to him. Every one whether they be man or woman was entitled to their own opinion, their own rights. One of the things that he liked about Ashlyn is that she was never scared to voice either of those. They weren't perfect they had their fights but every couple did. He smiled shyly at her and kissed her temple.

"When is your mum getting home?" He asked her gently. He brought her closer unable to keep his hands off of her. He took a deep breath and relaxed his body. It was going to be hard to keep himself relaxed around her but he had to do it. If there was one thing that wasn't going to work was getting himself overexcited. He kissed her one last time and let her speak her mind.

"Depends. Not sure if I'm ready to divulge just yet," she said with a smile, running her fingers once again through his hair. "Maybe I'll just let you wait a bit." She returned the kiss, giving his last question a bit of thought. "I imagine she won't be home for a while. She doesn't get a lot of time away from parliament, so she usually travels home for a day or two if she can manage it," she said slowly, wiggling around a bit on the couch in attempt to get more comfortable. "She didn't leave until this afternoon, after work and it's a bit of a travel to get home, so I don't think she'll be home until tomorrow." It was so convenient, being muggleborn. Her parents couldn't apparate here and there, couldn't use the floo system to get around. Her parents' use of cars gave Ashlyn and Keegan the equivalent of all the time in the world. "I can always call...see if she's going to stay in Nottingham for the night..." Hopefully he would take the hint on that. She wasn't sure exactly what they'd be up to if he said yes, but she could be sure that it would be something.

"I think that would be a good idea. I can call my mum and say I'm spending the night at Ludo's." The joy of having one muggle parent is that they had a telephone and he could call her as long as his friend had a phone. "She won't care about that and I can say I'm calling from your place because Ludo doesn't have a phone and the owl you have won't get to her in time." He grinned widely. "She won't be suspicious or anything. You little missy are becoming a bad influence on me." He nuzzled her neck and let her go so she could get up and make her phone call. He cleared his throat and got a little more serious. "That's if you want me to stay." He held a sober face and the only way you'd be able to tell he was teasing was by the look in his eyes.

"What do you think about that?" He played with the loose ends of her hair and kept his lips from twitching upwards into a smile.

Ashlyn had a feeling that his mum might see straight through that story but didn't say anything about it. "I'll give them a call, ask about dinner or something, if mum's going to want me to cook something for her or not." That would probably get past the parents without them suspecting anything. She hardly thought that she was the bad influence of the pair, but that was another thing she was going to keep to herself. "Of course I want you to stay," she said softly, giving him an eskimo kiss of sorts before pulling herself away.

The entire phone conversation took maybe five minutes, and ended with the answer she wanted: the flat was hers for the night (and possibly the next) and she was more than welcome to use the small amount of cash in her mum's dresser to order out food if she got in the mood for something. "Your turn, love," she said after hanging up the phone, flashing a large grin at him. They were almost home free on their plan.

He grinned back at her, "Almost scott free," he dialed his home phone quickly. The conversation went just as quickly. He apologized for not calling sooner and that he promised he'd be back as soon as he woke up. He hung up with his mother shortly after she came back in the room with the money. "We're good to go love. My mum bought it. We have an entire night to ourselves. No prefects, no parents, nothing." He wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her soundly. "This is going to be great." He was about ready to burst from the excitement of being able to do this with her.

She laughed happily before kissing him once more. "Are you hungry? We can always order something if we want to," she said as she put the small amount of cash in her back pocket. She wasn't terribly hungry, but she was fine with whatever they decided to do--she got to spend the night with him. "And I don't think the prefect argument is valid," she said raising an eyebrow at him. He could very well get them out of trouble at school by fibbing to a fellow prefect and telling him or her that he was taking her down to Filch. Not that anyone would actually believe him, but it could still work...maybe.

"I'm honestly fine with the popcorn. My mum always makes sure I'm fed before I leave the house." He kissed her, "We have the entire night to chat and sleep and eat. Like I said I can cook. So if your mum has things in the fridge I can cook if we get hungry." He began humming a tune in his head. It had been stuck in his head since he had put the record on. he sang softly and off key, "Don't you know it's gonna be alright. You know it's gonna be alright." He swayed with her a silly look in his eyes. "The night is ours love." He kissed her soundly drawing it out and making sure she got weak at the knees.

She kissed him back before breaking it off, giggling. "That was so cheesy," she said between laughs, giving him a simple peck. "So...couch?" she said slowly, now looking up at him for a response. It wasn't super late, but she was getting a little bit tired. She wondered if sleeping in her room would be comfortable, the two of them squished together on her twin bed. Or maybe it would be cozy! Cozy was good, right?

Cozy was good but too cozy could be cramped. "I think the couch would probably be better. If you're getting tired we can fall asleep. I could sleep," he said softly and began to push her towards the couch. Eventually they made it there and he laid down and put her in front of him and wrapped both of his arms around her bringing her closer to him. "Goodnight love. I'll see you in the morning." His eyes began to droop and soon he was fast asleep with his face buried into her hair.
