Jack Swann
Born in 1982 to Beth and Jack Swann (he's a junior, but since the death of his dad he doesn't add it to his name). His father and younger brother died in a car accident when he was little. He doesn't particularly feel it anymore and got past the grief a lot faster than his sister (Jen) and mother did. He decided not to go to college, even though his mother was willing to pay for it. He currently lives in her basement. He works as a janitor at Pleasantview Mental Health Facility.

Jack's left eye was injured in a potato gun incident. During surgery to repair the damage the doctor made a mistake which cost Jack his vision in this eye. He sued the hospital and made a huge amount of money in the settlement. He could quit his job and move out of his mother's basement, but he hasn't had the motivation to do either thing.

Jack began dating one of the patients at the PMFH, Kylie. He had a sour reaction when he learned that Kylie was transgendered, but after a good chat with his best friend Jane he realized that he was love with Kylie and that her gender didn't matter.
