Threaning Meme
Red Hood opened fire. He didn't particularly care who this guy was that was causing trouble in his town, and the guy didn't seem to like it that he didn't know who he was, but this was going to end this now.

	Marcus stopped firing when the Vertigo wave hit not wanting a shot to go someplace he didn't want it too. That had definitely been unexpected and required a change of tactics. Marcus tried getting up to move to a new position. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

	Marcus crawled rather poorly off to the side under the smoke cover. He tried to think of the best way to break this guys concentration since he knew he didn't need to know where he was to cause that effect of his.
