Happy Birthday To You!
Rachel was one of Cait's oldest friends. They had known each other since they had been in diapers and Cait considered Rachel a sister she never had. They had even stood as maid of honor for each other when they both married Misha.

It stood to reason that Cait was not going to let Rachel's birthday pass unnoticed.

Cait wasn't exactly one to have readily available funds, but she did manage to be able to get Rachel a small gift in addition to making her a batch of her favorite cookies. The cookies and the small wrapped box containing a charm bracelet with a happiness charm were placed on Rachel's bed along with a card wishing her a happy birthday.

	Wrapped in thick, leathery leaves, and left outside Rachel's window, is a handmade necklace, of beads and serpent bones. Torn Ear had overheard she had some problem with some kind of bird, so snake bones seemed appropriate. Atop the leaf bundle is an orchid bloom from his home. (Reply to this)(Thread)

Now, Franklin was not the greatest at giving presents, and it didn't help that his situation with Rachel was sort of awkward. So instead of actually buying a present, he went to Xavier's Mansion himself with a card and a carefully concealed basket. It wasn't a picnic basket-he'd asked his mom what to do.

Heaven forbid he ask Valeria. Oh, good lord. He could never ask Valeria about it.

Hey, uh... Rachel? He was sending his thoughts to Rachel specifically. Happy Birthday. It's... Franklin. I got a present for you. He was so nervous.

"That's great," he commented. Franklin didn't know anything about the situation with Galactus, or how Rachel had been host to the Phoenix Force. If he had, he would have been really concerned. "Maybe you could show me sometime?"

	Jake may not know Rachel as well as others but he still has a gift for her. He leaves a bright red teddy bear and a 'Happy Birthday!' shaped chocolate lollipop along with one of those cards that plays music when opened. 	With the wives' birthdates in his electronic calendar, it was a snap to order the big box of Godiva truffles for Rachel. It was wrapped in a big red velvet bow and had a note attached. Trade this in for dinner anytime, anywhere ~ Misha. (Reply to this)(Thread)
