Rebirth
When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!" revelation 6:5-6

It was somehow fitting that her rebirth as a horseman of Lord Apocalypse was on the same day as her first birth into this world. Famine stepped out of the chamber and looked at her new form and smiled. Lord Apocalypse had blessed her with a whole form. Her missing fingers and toes were replaced and her skin was transformed into a pale blue and her hair was dark blue. Appropriate for her, she thought.

She could feel the strength given to her by Lord Apocalypse. She could sense every drop of water in the others in the base. Every drop of water in the air.

A black robotic horse waited for her. It would carry her out into the world and into battle for the glory of Lord Apocalypse.

When the Lamb opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, "Come!" Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other. To him was given a huge sword. — revelation 6:3-4

War stepped out of the chamber. His skin was blood red and he felt more powerful. Lord Apocalypse had blessed him with more strength and power. He would go forth and the blood would flow and cries of pain would be heard.

A fiery red robotic horse waited for him. War would serve his master well.

And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
[2] And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Pestilence emerged from her own pod, blessed by the lord Apocalypse with an armor of gleaming coppery metal that coated her skin and entire body. Metal, glass, plastics, these things were her toys, her playthings, on a scale like never before.

A white mechanical horse awaited her.

When the Lamb opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature say, "Come!" I looked and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him. They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth. -- Revelation 6:7-8

Death steps out of the chamber. Her skin pours into clear sharp edges before melting back into her and forming more blades, a constantly flowing body of translucent jagged blades. She will destroy all who oppose her.

A pale horse awaits her.

Antaeus, of the Dark Riders, stopped contemplating his New Commission just long enough to nod to his Sister.

Famine nodded to her brother. Acknowledgment was all that was there. In another life there had been more.

The Dark Rider Seraph, nodded at the Horsemen before falling into rank with the rest of the Dark Riders.

Her hair was a dark, glinting black, and her eyes were a blood red. Her wings were a dark grey, and she felt as if she could reach into anyone's mind, and discover their innermost thoughts and secrets...and use them to her advantage.

Her Lord Apocalypse had blessed her with everything in front of her. She would do his bidding...and stop anyone that stood in her way.

Franklin Richards, too, of the Dark Riders sat ready in the air with his left foot stacked on his hanging right leg. His elbows rested on his thighs, and his head on his clasped hands. Franklin's gaze was dull and his mouth creased into a smirk. His Lord Acpocalyse granted him with a great gift and a mission in which to open it.
