April Showers, April Foolishness
Will was a busy bee the last week or so. With the end of the huge fight and everyone come back to life, Will has been doing extra duty. He was Shazam, after all, and it wouldn't be right to *not* do it. He skipped his birthday and didn't much care. He was saving the world after all, and it didn't seem right for him to celebrate when he had so much to do.

When the end of March finally came, he found himself with less to do. With the help of the heroes and the world, much (not all, but a lot) of what needed to be done was done. And now he had time to think of a certain day that was coming up. April 1st.

Avias birthday.

Will was frantic in his search for some place to take her, and when he found the place in Philadelphia he was ecstatic. And it was in between Fawcett and where Avia lived in Connecticut. So Will called with the information.

And so, Will waits outside a place called the "Ethical Carnie" restaurant.

Truth be told, Avia had been just a little bit surprised to have heard from Will again. They'd had a some fun and all, and she thought he was one heckuva sweetie and a cuite-pie, but she hadn't thought she was his type.

She'd been busy. Between building a new Mother Box, rescheduling some tour dates, and organizing some charity funds for Star City, she'd had a lot on her plate. She hadn't even remembered it was her birthday. A date an excuse for a break though? She was there.

She'd Boom Tubed herself into town, having toned down her Hippie regalia a little bit for tonight, and beamed when she walked up and saw Will. "Hey there, Will!"

"Hey Avia! Happy birthday!"

Will was exuberant as ever. Truth be told, he had thought about their last date, but with everything happening he never had much chance to do anything. He had a good enough time and thought that she deserved to not hear him whine about it.

Also, she's cute. That's a benefit.

"And for your birthday, I wanna introduce you to this place! This is a place I think you'd like: organic beef, locally grown greens, most everything is biodegradeable and on top of tat they're supposed to have a nice cheesesteak."

	Avia's grin got a little bigger. "You," she said, "are one far out and fabulous guy, you know that?" What was it she always said? Will is very much unaware of the conundrum/epiphany/thoughts of Avia. he was just there to give her the attention he felt she deserved after putting up with him in California.

"So, uhhh, wanna go in and get a seat or are ya not all that hungry right now? 'Cause we're in Philadelphia and there's plenty to do."

Will subconciously pats the map in his front pocket. There were plenty of things to do, he just didn't know the way around all that much.

	Will reacted quick. With the flash, Will moved in front of Avia, clenching his eyes closed. After a few seconds, Will opens his eyes. The bus stop is a mess, but nothing is bleeding, nothing hurts. So now Will tries to find what the hell just happened. (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)
