Hi!
I'm Nicole



I'm 23 and I live in south central Texas.
I recently graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts at Austin with a certificate in Patisserie and Baking. It's where I met my soulmate, Casey, and we currently live in my home-city of San Antonio with our adorable and psychotic puppy, Fatty Ding Dongs. In my free time I can be found fixing up our condo, reading, playing video games, and baking. I don't have cable, or channels period, on my tv but I do watch a lot of instant Netflix. I love shows like The Office, 30 Rock, Modern Family, Battlestar Galactica, Merlin, and Legend of the Seeker. To make this a little more organized, here are some lists of my favorite things:

Books: the Harry Potter Series, Anthem by Ayn Rand, The Neverending Story by Michael Ended, The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry , The Giver by Lois Lowry, To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee, anything by Pablo Neruda, East of Eden by John Steinbeck, Watership Down by Richard Adams , The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger, The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand, anything by Ray Bradbury, Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card

Anime: Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, Azumanga Daioh, Pretear, Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei, Toradora!

Videogames: Final Fantasy series, Super Mario series, Lunar series, Harvest Moon series, Viva Pinata, Assassin's Creed, Halo, Pokemon series, Zelda series, and pretty much everything else... Except the scary stuff!

I'm active in rating communities but don't let that scare you off! I'm really very nice. I just have a lot to say about everything and I don't tend to keep my opinions to myself :)

not to be annoying but you're one of the mods at honorcup and apparently i "have been banned from commenting in this journal" ? D: i'd say something about it there but, uhm, i can't x__x is there a reason for it cos i'm really not like a trouble maker or anything hah.
