He got so close because we were both seduced by formal ware, and I was feeling pathetic and vulnerable, so...we danced. We had a good time, and then...it happened.

It wasn't something either of us had planned, it was just one of those things that happened in the moment, but-

But now he wants to talk about it. I don't even know what I'm supposed to say! I always imagined myself clocking him right in the jaw if he ever tried to get that close, and I didn't even try to stop it.

What am I supposed to do?

Why is it that the men in my life turn me into a crazy person? I like to think of myself as an intelligent, strong, independent person, but then a man comes into my life and eventually makes me feel like the biggest idiot on the planet.

You have to promise me you won't say anything to Seth about any of this. Not until we talk. I wasn't even going to say anything because I didn't want this to turn into a big deal, but now that he actually wants to have a conversation about everything, I don't know what's going to happen. He broke my trust a long time ago, and I spent so long hating him, but I don't know there's something...different about him now.
