League of Assassins NPCs
Henry Cain: The son of David Cain with Nyssa Raatko, Henry was raised by his mother to believe that he was the true heir to Ra’s al Ghul’s legacy and the League of Assassins, and not his cousins. He truly hates having to answer to his cousins, and is waiting for the day when he can take the League from them and use it for his own uses.
Powers/Skills: Henry has no powers of his own, though he possesses the same amount of martial arts, weapons, and stealth training had by his cousins. Henry also has a keen, calculating, deductive mind.
PB: James Franco
Bane II: Not much is known about, Lucas , other than that he was an orphan that stole, murdered, and did anything he had to survive. Taken in by the League when he was ten years old, Lucas was experimented on using the Venom steroid used by the original Bane. Overtime, Lucas became addicted to the serum, and serves on the League as the new Bane, who Damien sends out on “heavier” jobs.
Powers/Skills: Already an adept street fight before he was given the Venom serum, Lucas is a cold-blooded killer. The Venom serum increases Lucas’s strength, durability, and stamina to the superhuman levels. The amount of increased abilities all depends on how much serum Lucas uses.

Jessica Marsh-Morton/Lady Vic II: Daughter of the original Lady Vic and an unknown man, Jessica was trained by her mother to succeed her, and carry on her family’s legacy of mercenaries. Jessica has been known to show signs on unstability, and shunted emotions, as shown when she killed her mother to gain her title.
Powers/Skills: Jessica is a highly trained martial artist. Her arsenal includes Kukhris, Kris daggers, Thuggee strangling cloth, Zulu Knobkerry and Zul Asegai spear, and a Webley-Fosberry .455 revolver, all handed down through her family.
PB: Blake Lively
James Abbot: The son of Kyle Abbot and Whisper A’Daire, James was conceived and raised to be the perfect bodyguard for Damien. He rarely leaves his side, and is known by the title of the “Demon’s Hound”.
Powers/Skills: Like his father, James has the power to shapshift into a giant wolf. In this form, James gains enhanced attributes. He can shapeshift in and out of wolf form at will, and can also shift into a half-form. James is prone to normal werewolf weaknesses in both forms, such as silver. James is also higly efficient in hand-to-hand combat, and is a very deadly shot with a gun.
PB: Samuel Witwer
Vesper: Little is known about this assassin, other than the fact that he is from a small African village that was wiped out by mercenaries. Vesper devoted himself to training to avenge the deaths of his family, and tracked down and killed everyone of the mercenaries responsible for the death of his people.
Powers/Skills: Vesper is a highly trained assassin, both in hand-to-hand combat, and weapons, though he favors the spear and poisonous darts. Vesper is also a very skilled tracker.
PB: Shemar Moore
Yvonne Rhodes/The Informant: Yvonne is a certified genius, on par with Maxine Gibson. Recruited to the League by force, because she was considered to be “useful”, Yvonne was held as the League’s resident hacker by force, with the threat of her family being killed if she ever betrayed them. When Yvonne’s family was killed in a building fire, she stayed on, because of the protection offered by the League.
Powers/Skills: Yvonne is highly trained in computers and hacking. Her database can be compared to that of Bruce Wayne’s, and she is highly capable of getting information in mere minutes.
PB: Kristen Vangsness
Reed King: The League’s resident sniper, there are few targets that Reed can’t hit. He’s also a bit of a daredevil, and known to take chances, and take out targets from locations that would seem impossible for most to get a hit…but he never misses.
Powers/Skills: Reed is an expert sniper, and a very good shot. While more proficient with guns, he has had some hand to hand training.
PB: Oded Fehr
Sasha and Leona Kumbata: Twin daughters, of Kitty Kumbata, Sasha and Leona work together as a pair of assassins. Deemed unfit to raise her children, Sasha and Leona were taken under the wing of various members of the League, who trained them.
Powers/Skills: Both twins are highly skilled martial artists, though Sasha is more adept in hand-to-hand, while Leona favors a sword.
