okay so i have all these random information about most of my characters, but i don't want to spam you all with all of them (also, i'm too lazy to write them all down), so instead--

Comment here with a character of mine, and I'll tell you five things you didn't know about him/her, as well as one thing even he/she doesn't realize!

you notice i said a character of mine? :P lolol BUT ALRIGHT JUST BECAUSE I LIKE YOU

ONE. when luke was five, he had a stuffed giraffe named twinky (because it was long and yellow and, after he accidentally tore a hole in it, had white stuff~~ing~~ inside). he doesn't remember how he got it, but for a while he liked to go around thinking his dad won it for him at an amusement park. when his dad died he begged his mom to let him bury twinky with him, but his mom refused. the same day of the funeral, luke went out to the backyard, dug a hole next to a tree with a ladle, and buried twinky there.
TWO. luke has gotten drunk only once. he'd broken into his mom's stash when he was twelve. he was found a few hours after with half a bottle of wine finished, and when she asked him why he did it he said it was because he wanted to see what it tasted like. in reality, he did it to see if it really does make you feel numb. he decided it doesn't.
THREE. luke doesn't have very many fond memories of his childhood, but there are a few times he'll close his eyes and remember a little lullaby his mother used to sing to him when he had trouble sleeping. it never once helped him fall asleep, but he remembers it all the same.
FOUR. during luke's stay at his second institution, he sometimes faked a worsening condition just to prompt more electroshock therapies. they gave him the same rush like cocaine does to a drugee, only twice as addicting.
FIVE. luke takes after his mother in looks. his father was a tall, broad-shouldered man with a stern face. his mother is thin and petite, with the kind of beauty that isn't striking, but underlying. he has long, slim fingers like she does, just perfect for playing the piano or, in luke's case, curling around a kitchen knife.
NONE. luke is actually a fairly good singer. but he's never tried to sing a tune in his life, and probably never will.

ONE. hadrian has some serious road rage. to the point of rolling down his window just to flick off the old lady in the SUV who just cut him off.
TWO. hadrian's ocd can be traced back to his junior year in high school. as part of his anatomy class' curriculum, he had to dissect a baby pig. he showed up late that day the class got to choose their pigs, and he was stuck with the smelliest, ugliest one. when they cut up the gallbladder, his nerves made him cut straight through it, and this nasty black stuff squirted over his shirt. he washed it ten times and he swore he could still smell it.
THREE. his one ticklish spot is the area just above his knees. one good squeeze and the man is down.
FOUR. remy is his first gay experience. actually, you can say remy's his first gay anything. all his other relationships (all two of them :P) were with woman, and in between then he'd been so focused on his work he hadn't really had time to think about dating again.
FIVE. he's a pretty good dancer, both the classical and dirty kind. his mother enrolled him and his brothers in dance class back when they were younger, as a means of keeping them 'off the streets and dealing drugs' (oh moms &hearts). like his other two brothers, hadrian's all but abandoned that. he's never been one to be very flashy anyway, but the man can move.
NONE. he feels on top of the world now, but his lupus isn't going anywhere. sometimes, especially the times he's with remy, he forgets he's even sick at all. boy will he be in for a rude awakening. :P

ONE. jude is left-handed. when he was in grade school he was the only one in his class that was a lefty. he hated that he was different so for a while it was his life's goal to become a righty, but that never really fell through. if you look at his old report cards, his penmanship grade was horrible.
TWO. despite how much he cares about his large family, he doesn't think he ever wants to have kids.
THREE. jude's biggest fear is disappointing people. everyone around him tends to think he's the most dependable guy on the planet, but jude knows better.
FOUR. while he's quite content with sebastian, a part of him knows that in the end, he'll end up alone.
FIVE. while he's a generally agreeable person out of the classroom, inside the classroom he's one of the most argumentative students. it's almost instinct for him to play the devil's advocate, and half the time he'll purposefully take up the opposite position (even if he doesn't really believe in it), just to push the other side as far as they can get.
NONE. despite his atheistic beliefs, there's a teeny tiny part of jude that hopes there is a god, and that he's as forgiving as people say he is.

ONE. much is ambidextrous, self-taught. he figures, if you can do this much with one hand, imagine all the stuff you can do with both.
TWO. though he's used to being bullied, there was one time during his sophomore year in high school that he was the first to initiate the fight. he nearly got expelled, because he refused to tell any of the administration and authorities what happened. all he would tell them is, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all. one of the counselors in the school finally asked the right question, and much finally told them that it wasn't fair for that boy to talk about his papa, when he didn't know one thing about him at all.
THREE. the real reason much wears all those handkerchiefs around his neck? he has a diagonal scar just above his collarbone from a cut he'd gotten when he was sixteen. he was coming home through the seedier parts of the neighborhood, and the man wouldn't believe him when he said he didn't have anything valuable to give.
FOUR. on that note, much is not a virgin.
FIVE. when he was younger, much had always wanted a sibling, because he imagined it wouldn't have been as lonely as it had been, growing up. now that he's a little older, he's thankful he never had one, because now he understands why his mama and papa look so sad all the time.
NONE. as happy as much is... he's not.

ONE. she's always been a fairly tiny girl, and was already picked on for it. she's heard them all-- fairy, midget, tiny tina, all of that. right now, she only stands at 5'2". (shorter than susie by just an inch)
TWO. she's really tight for money but it's her absolute last option to ever ask anybody else for money. it's got nothing to do with pride or shame. she just doesn't want to have to make people lie to her about why they can't.
THREE. though her pregnancy has plagued her and changed her life so drastically, callie has never once considered abortion.
FOUR. callie is also a hard person to give gifts to. she seems to view everything kind offer as a form of charity, and it guilts her up too much for her to even think about accepting.
FIVE. though she loves anne, callie absolutely never wants to have another kid. she would have had her tubes tied after she gave birth, had it not cost extra money.
NONE. as content as she tries to convince herself that she is, there's a bitterness festering inside her that'll one day consume her entirely if she doesn't soon own up to it.
